Connecting Businesses With Buyers
The story begins with our founders becoming increasingly frustrated with the frequent breakdowns in communication within businesses. We observed people eager to buy and companies eager to sell, but they often struggled to establish a connection that would facilitate successful transactions. The Brightcall Team embraced this challenge of fostering effective communication and facilitating a greater number of win-win transactions.
Our mission
We noticed that the business communication tools on the market had major flaws that created unnecessary friction in the relationship between businesses and their clients.
The friction is largely created because of too much focus on the features of the communication tools and too little focus on understanding and improving the workflows and processes of the companies using those tools.
It became clear that the world would become a better place if somebody took on the quest to eliminate unnecessary friction by rethinking how businesses communicate with their clients.
