Zoho + Brightcall Integration
Brightcall integrates directly with Zoho CRM to automate lead handling and call management. Leads and contacts are automatically created or updated after each call, ownership is assigned to the correct agent, and calls are routed based on existing Zoho ownership.
Automation - Your leads, deals, inquiries and other objects from Brightcall are saved automatically within the Zoho
Auto-assignment - after the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact/Lead Owner in Zoho
Auto-routing - In case, an existing lead in Zoho decides to request a call via Brightcall, then only the Contact/Lead Owner defined in Zoho will get connected with a lead
Call Recording Comments - In both cases, a comment containing the call recording will be added to the lead.
Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled by prospects are saved in the Zoho
Lead Search and Creation - After a call, the integration will search for an existing lead/contact based on the phone number or email.
• If a matching lead is found, it will be updated.
• If no matching lead is found, a new lead will be created automatically.oho.

Call recordings are saved as comments on the lead
and all custom fields are fully synced to keep your CRM accurate.
