In case the lead is created, but no call is added to Brightcall Dashboard:
1. Check if the lead has a valid phone number along with the country code.

2. Check that Brightcall has access to the leads. If not, regain access by following the steps here.
ㅤ
3. Create a test lead for the form.
ㅤ
4. Create a test lead for another form for the same page
ㅤ
After the test, please send to the support@brightcall.ai all test lead to delete it from your dashboard.
